A Colorado native and mother of two, Stephanie is deeply passionate about supporting womxn on the other side of birth. Stephanie vows to guide birthing persons through the threshold of transition, create safe space, and honor their intuition.  Through selfless service, resources, support, and healing touch we can come back to the ancient way of nourishing the bringers of life, as they process the rawness of their birth experience.

   After completing a Bachelors in Science from CSU, Stephanie chose to pursue more holistic education and became A Registered Yoga Teacher working her way to an E-RYT 200 Status, with multiple continuing education credits through the Yoga Alliance. Including Postpartum Yoga, Baby & Me, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. Her own births and postpartum experiences have led her to this sacred living movement, and desire to help cultivate a sacred postpartum experience for all, whether are expecting,  birthed yesterday, or 40 years ago. Stephanie also has a passion for supporting those who have experienced or are facing loss.

    When not teaching yoga or chasing her toddlers, Stephanie can be found in her kitchen cooking with love, baking bread, and napping in a sunbeam.  Offering service to Boulder and Larimer County, Colorado.
