Through her tedious research during pregnancy, Ellen noticed a lack of information, immense fear and a major disconnect with pregnant women worldwide. After her successful & life-changing water birth at home, Ellen became very engaged in the grassroots movement of honoring women and creating a place for sisterhood. A place for women to share thoughts, fears and to realize that they are not alone.

 

After finding Sacred Pregnancy by pure chance, she felt called to bring Sacred Pregnancy to Osceola and surrounding counties. She attended an intensive 7 day training and certification retreat in Georgia for teaching Sacred Pregnancy classes and offering The Art of Sacred Postpartum services. Ellen offers Pregnancy Journey and Birth Journey Classes, 2-Day Pregnant Mama Honoring Retreats, Placenta Encapsulation and Mother Roasting services throughout Central Florida.

 

Ellen is a “Mama’s Choice” childbirth cheerleader, breastfeeding advocate and avid babywearer. She is the Vice-President of the Osceola County Birth Network and lives in Kissimmee, FL with her husband, son, three dogs, and cat.
