When a Mama feels safe, secure and loved, magical things can happen. She comes from within with clarity and power, she is present and connected to herself and her babe and she is open to the experience that unfolds before her.  For me, this is where my heart lies, in creating the nurturing space to allow each individual Mama to unfurl into herself, to release any past fears, to embrace the unknown, to love who she is and to cherish the journey she and her little one are on. My name is Deb and I am the owner of Star Child Birth in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia. I am a Holistic Childbirth Educator, Birth and Postnatal Doula, Mother Roaster, Body Worker and Pre-natal yoga teacher. I have trained in the UK, the US and in Canada with Birthing Wisdom, Tri Yoga London, Well Mother, Body Harmonics, Sacred Pregnancy and Douglas College to name a few, I am also a student at the Kutenai Institute in Vancouver where I am training to be a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. I am Mama to my gorgeous little boy Isaac who was born at home with my amazing midwives. It is my honour to serve each of you and my joy to see you connect to the true, honest roar of the goddess within you.
