I am the mother of five young men and the nana to five lovelies. I am married to my high school sweetheart and best friend, Mark. I have been an educator for many years but recently became a doula after attending the births of my grandchildren. It was such a powerful experience but for one daughterinlaw it was not a pleasant experience. My bow is to hold the place of birth and postpartum sacred for mommas everywhere. By offering my service as a mother roaster, I hope to offer a celebration and sacred transition from maiden to motherhood.
